Clothing Company Studios Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Clothing Company Studios! We aim to provide a seamless shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process, ship, and handle your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during peak seasons, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order size.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship only within United States.
  • International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to expand our shipping destinations.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Delays

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international shipments.
  • Clothing Company Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Shipping Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@clothingcompanystudios.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
  • Clothing Company Studios is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@clothingcompanystudios.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
