Clothing Company Studios Return & Refund Policy

At Clothing Company Studios, we want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In the original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Email Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at info@clothingcompanystudios.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide further instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted if the item shows signs of wear or is not in its original condition.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@clothingcompanystudios.com. with your order details and photos of the damage. We’ll do our best to make it right, including offering a replacement or refund if needed.
